Those graphics look very nice, as well as the general design. The names sound good too. I personally loved those ice stalactites on the last screen. Nice work!

Level #14 : Not yet named
I ripped the Background,how do you find it?
I mixed the Alternate SMW Grassland FG with Mega Man X3 Gravity Bettle FG.
Note: This Level have Lightning,or do you find the Lightning shouldn't here used?
Note:Also This
Note:This Level is not done.I worked more with the Palettes.
Note:I am working on the Background.

UPDATE!
So here are new Screenshots from my Level Azure Lake (Yeah,Sonic Level Name for the win)
Darker FG Palette.
The Bridges weren't cut-off.
Random Screenshot,were I died.
Keep in mind,that I didn't inserted Sprites,because I am working different. ;D
And then I'll show you the Background from this game and no,I won't release it.Sorry Guys.

Wow, Xking, this is looking mega-awesome. The graphical style is pretty unique for an SMW hack.

After hours of thinking I changed my mind and I am going to release a 7/8 Levels Sampler from F-Mario X.
Why did I changed my opinion?
It is simple. I am maybe going to give this hack up, but it includes very much good Levels, that it'd be a shame, if I'll delete them. So just sit down, enjoy this Video and wait for the Level Sampler.

Wow, your level design looks flawless. I found no errors in the levels except for what you pointed out. 
I really like the GFX, palettes, and level design. :3
I can't wait to play this.
