I'm not sure what forum this would go in so yeah...

You when some people post,they have all this special stuff,like they have a background in the area where they post,and some have boxes and stuff.
Well how do you do that?

Layout Workshop/Request Thread

You can make a request in that thread if you want that picture set as your post background. It normally takes anywhere from between a few hours to possibly a few days to complete a request, depending on how many people are looking up on the thread.
