I have never played Link's Awakening, so I wouldn't know anything on it.
Though, I have beaten every other Zelda game....
Anyway, I'm still trying to find the lost point of this thread....

Re-Pieced together the clues.
...It's hex-program related (Either Hex or C++). The hints:
-OPEN_CAN_OF_TUNA (A mock statement, but one in the format of old text-based adventures programmed by HEXADECIMAL coding)
-Zelda References (EVERY single ROM is made up of binary numbers, which have to be expressed as hexadecimal numbers, which constitute every ROM ever created.
-Spigmike's first post: A hex program being executed.
Well, here's the deductions:
-It's not a Zelda reference. The Zelda references were pointing at a bigger picture.
-Letters were used...it has something to do with text.
-This site is about SMW...

They should bring back nightfall. Or at least bring back the magic cookie button that turns all the text pink, add the theme as an option and rename the world of insanity as needle pudding, and then give it resources for hacking other games too. Maybe if we keep calling it smw central people won't complain...
