Anything can be done in good taste.
And there's no proof that this hacker has plans to make this a vigilant chicken terrorist training program, or whatever the crap you're expecting the hack to be. There's room for "loose" messages so that it's not having information stuffed down the player's throught. Good artistic expression on political and social issues is never that way, anway.
Make the messages subliminal, and leave the moral decisions up to the player, not having the "answer" stuffed down their throat. There ya go, "propaganda" hack done in good taste and still has the capacity to be fun.
EDIT: oh, heh, about Wart... Yeah you're right there xD But I just get tired of Mario bosses all the time.
Perhaps Brutal Mario spoiled me.

I totally agree with these other people.This hack isnt even leaning towards a fun hack.It's leaning more towards some politic hack that will brainwash people into thinking eating chicken is wrong.Mario was never meant for that.

I totally agree. I think the idea is quite interesting. And this hack should be taken as seriously as other hacks around here, it's a hack, with an added twist that tells facts about KFC. But make sure to keep them at facts. @_@
BTW Lightvayne's SMB:TC had Wart in it.

[start of small rant]Damn and I have that hack as well! Never completed it. Make that two hacks with Wart in. Still it is a very small amount compared to the hacks that use Bowser as the final boss or somewhere else in the game.
All you need to do is give us some screenshots and let us comment on how good they are and help improve.[/end of small rant]

Quoted for the truth. There haven't been many screenshots, so I'm surprised that this thread has made it so far. But, much of the hack is its concept, which I think is what is trying to be showcased there.
I think you should get level design done, then show us screenshots and what to improve.
