Since I thought of making a Sega Boss in SMW, i thought why not this
character sparkster? Is possible to make this boss with the right
materials?I already drawn the parts/tile for this person.

The only question left: do you have the ability to be able to recreate the boss and have the patience to spend a week making it? Sprites take a rather long time to make and you will need really good ASM knowledge to work the boss' mechanics. If not, then you're out of luck, since I'm not too sure, but I think a rule was no boss requests (meaning you're on your own).

awwwwwwww.....true, but i was gonna do it later since i got to doing
lots of stuff going on...so i'll try it, but IDK if it will take a week or 2.
