When I apply it to my hack, it just turns to a 'brown' block when I hit it, whats wrong?

Did you put the right block in the level?
Maybe, you put a block with "nothing" inside.
Hitting a block with"nothing inside will just make the block turn brown or black.

You insert regular turn blocks after applying the patch.

One block will say "A turn block mario can hit to start turning", and one will say "a turn block with "nothing""
Select "A turn block mario can hit to start turning"

Oh, ok. But (I have to to try this since the rom I'm working on already has to much gfx *redrawn* I cant put it on) so I have to go on SMWweirdo to download *again* the rom dark link pm'ed me a WHILE ago...

I applied the patch, chose the ones that said hit from below to start turning bla bla bla, and it didnt work, they still turn. Do I have to copy it from the map16 pages on the add objects window?

Um, are you sure it was applied correctly? Just use the patch and put in the Turn blocks from the Standard objects.

I'll try again... EDIT***** didnt work, I applied it to my rom, didnt break...
