Ok so I downloaded a bowser GFX file from smwcenral.
And I also have the right palette.
But when I try to insert him as a block (yes I want him as a block for a cutscene.)
Then he has a different palette (I know about the dropdown menu when I insert him with the 16x16 tile editor)
Does anyone know how I can give him the right palette?
Sprites and blocks use different sets of palettes. To fix this, you could:

1) Copy the palettes that bowser uses onto the correct line

2) Make your own palettes.

Ok I'll try that.
