Hey TOS, those actually look pretty nice. :3
Is it supposed to be something like a cave with leaves or so on it? Really looks like it. Love that idea.
So yeah, great job!

@TOS:
Whiles its very hard to tell with the HD filter, it seems ok.I would add some more shading on those rocks.

Leaves? Huh? It's a cave...
Anyway, I have worked on it some more, and I have a In-Game Non HD Filter image:

It does have a lava animation, but I'm to lazy to show it animated. The lava tiles haven't had there "actlike" settings set yet.

I meant that it was a cave, but with some fallen leaves on it. That's how it looks to me. :/

Those graphics look awesome, TOS! I especially like the texture of the ground in the cave, it's unique and looks really nice. The palette also goes really well with the BG palette.

By the way, I second the fact that it would be interesting to see a Yoshi sphinx. Maybe Bowser, too?

Nice graphics, although I would recommend lighting those rocks up a tad little more towards the center, since it would give them more depth. Otherwise, good work.
Well, here's some graphics I have been working on lately:

I've been trying to come up with a decent look for these hills for nearly two hours now and I'm still not satisfied with them. :(
Anyway, comments are welcome, as always.

Wow! Broozer, those have to be some of the best graphics I've seen here so far! Absolutely stunning!
The dirt looks really nice and connects very well to the grass layer. It also has a very nice palette, and the hills actually look really good, if you ask me. One thing kind of could be changed: the white line of shading is a bit too bright compared to the rest of the grass. But that's just my opinion.
Overall, incredible work you've done man. =)

Thanks Broozer for the nice comment about my cave graphics, I'll see what I can do about the center of the rocks
Also Broozer, I'm loving the grassland graphics. I like them mountain things with faces too, they're great!

If i must be sincere, i like those graphics much more than some of your previous more, Broozy (kinda this). Those new one have a good sense of shading, but i suggest to make more graphics for the dirt tiles, to make them more various. And i think you should get rid of that falling hill on the very right of the image.

Thanks a lot for the nice words, guys. :)

Does this look any better? Personally, I don't think the white was standing out all that much, but I don't think this new color I picked is a bad option to go with either.

Well, I kind of wanted to make it simple and roll with only one variation of dirt tile, but I will see what I can do. Thanks for the suggestion, nonetheless.

That hill was made inclined intentionally, as I wanted to give the tileset a cartoonish touch, if that even makes sense. But I think it shouldn't be much of a problem getting rid of it. In fact, I'll likely consider doing it.

Intentional? Ok, in this case it should be ok, so.

Looks like some fantastic OW GFX. And looks like there's some kind of town for mini-people. Also, do you by any chance plan on releasing those GFX?

I resized the sphinx and changed it to Yoshi (I'll make the Bowser's version too and maybe resize the Mario's). Sand has been added, but I'm not satisfied with the pattern... I'll make some pyramids, obelisks and dunes.

Thanks! I plan on releasing it, yes. We'll see how it goes.

Thanks, and don't worry, it is not done as of yet, so I'm obviously tempted to add more decoration to it.

I would suggest rounding Yoshi up a bit, since it looks a bit too polygonal at certain areas, most notably around its face. Also, it would definitely be nice if you kept using that same perspective effect you are sticking with for the sphinx in the ground, as in, make it look less detailed as it goes farther away. As for the pattern, my sole suggestion would be making it look... well, sandier. It looks way too smooth for a sandy texture.
