Atma, you are the God of Final Fantasy VI ports. I only recommend giving those clangs a bit more of power, they still sound a little weak. Keep up the VI music!

Already said on IRC that you did a good job on fixing this one up. It sounds even better before. I suppose there is really only so much you can do with that Weapons Factory bell though - it was never really a strong sample to begin with.
Might as well show another composition, even though I linked it on IRC earlier:
"Prison of the Reaper"
Picture a waterway/prison with this one .. and of course, enjoy, I suppose.

SNN that prison thing crashes winamp for me for some reason?

Huh? It shouldn't. It works fine in my version of Winamp, as well as foobar/spcplay/any other SPC player.
Wouldn't know why it is crashing on yours.

Warning: Stupidity ahead. Proceed with extreme caution.
I have three songs that I just recently made. These are some of my first attempts so comments/criticism would be appreciated.
Tune 1 from the Acorn version of Oh No! More Lemmings. I can see this as some sort of bonus game-type music. (Note that for some reason part of the drums don't seem to play right in SPC Player and maybe some others, but they do show up in-game.)
Tune 2 from, well, the same game. This'd probably fit best in a fast-paced snowy-type level.
Slide Theme, Rainbow Ride, Tick-Tock Clock, whatever you want to call it, from Super Mario 64. Ugh, this one was annoying to put together, but I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. The only track that gets overwritten by SFX is the percussion from roughly 1/3 to 2/3 of the way through the song, not bad in my opinion.
One quick thing...I'm 99% sure that the first two songs are under public domain, so if anybody happens to know the real names for those songs, tell me.
So...uh...anyone have any suggestions before I submit these to the site?
(Oh, and one more think...kind of off topic, but is my avatar too distracting? I get the feeling it might be and if so I'd like to change it before I post anything else.)

@ Kipernal
Your avatar is fine. (And humorous)

Anyway, here is a song I did a while ago after the 2010 vanilla contest closed. Anything I need to fix?

Thanks, good to know.

There are two things that I can think of to improve it.
1. It seems to be missing a bass line. It might just be YouTube cutting it out, but if not, the song definitely needs it.
2. Some sort of a background harmony to the main theme would be nice.
Other than that it sounds great!

1. I guess I could insert the bass from another MIDI.
2. You're right. I'll get right on that.
After I uploaded the song, I listened to the original. Yeah, I'll fix it.

@RedToonLink: Nice, I really like Volcaveno and Underwater Cove.
Anyway, here is something I did today:
MegaMan 10 - SolarMan

Tornado: HOLY CRAP, IT'S SOLAR MAN! I can't believe somebody actually ported that. Well, if I could say one thing about it, I think it definitely needs some pitch bends; it seems like you tried to fake it by using two quick notes instead of an actual pitch bend. Other than that, it sounds quite good.
Now, as for myself, I'd like to show off an SPC that I made way back in October, a song I used in the level I made for A Very Team Haunted Halloween. It's a remix of a song we all know and love, redone to sound more spooky and ominous. SPC here. I don't even remember why I thought of it, but I did. What do you think?

Tornado: very nice, I like it a lot. Solar man is one of my favorite songs from MM10, so it's obvious that I like your port too. Energetic, rockish, overall, good work. But yeah, it sounds a bit odd (or at least different from the origanal) from 0:13, the notes need to "blend" a bit more, I guess.

@imamelia - If you speed up that song by 200%. you can hear the remix of the song (SPOILER: It's the SMRPG Remix song but spookier)
@Tornado - That is a awesome port there. i loved MM10 so much.

Just a small little variation I made to the Mario invincibility music that I intend to use for my hack.

Sounds pretty lol Jimmy. Not the bad kind though - for once, it's the kind of lol that fits perfectly.
Also, I showed this in the SMWCP forum, but I'll show it here as well.
Live-A-Live - Go! Go! Buriki Daio!
Probably one of my best ports in a while (or ever). Didn't even need $E5 either. Enjoy.

Haha, I love it. Very mario-esque but still doesn't sound like it comes directly from any particular Mario game.

Heh. Thanks for the comments guys.
SNN, as I said on MSN, that is a very impressive port. You made great use of samples, and it all comes together nicely.
Also, I may as well show off my new port here since I haven't gotten very many comments on it:
