The screenshots tell you everything you need to know.
Is there a possibility to correct this.

The first thing I would do would be experiment with using less sprites on the screen. If that doesn't work, try the door in a different position, so that it is no longer in line with another sprite.
I'm pretty sure you placed to many sprites on one screen, try removing a few.
What type of door is it?

If it is a locked door, you need to place it a tile higher... but then you still would see it.

Like other users said, try moving the sprite OR deleting some sprites on the screen.
I already did this. I removed 3 sprites on the screen; only 4 sprites are on it! It is the screen on top right. Also I've moved the door, before I did this it stood on the ground. Maybe I have too many doors? Three doors in two screens? Or too many screen exits?
It is a normal door, as you can see in the Eggvine screenshot.

That's strange, as you can see there are lots of sprites around so maybe remove a few more. Eggvine is picky about the number of sprites you can have on one screen.
you might have put too many sprites on the screen. this happend to me alot. this even happens in lunar magic so....
