I'm liking the mix of ghost house and cave graphics and the palette looks great too.
well uh after like over three weeks that one level I showed last is finally done! Just like the other world 7 levels, difficulty goes through the roof! Generic screenshot Just got hit so I'm invisibleeeeeee~ Getting a thwimp in the face here ...but not here also rope bridge OF DOOM above spiky pit of DOOM Left to build: Only Bowser's castle! ...and I need something cool as boss unless I'm gonna re-use SMW bowser which would kinda suck. | |

I like what you made so far. It looks pretty good and difficult as well. Nice to see you're going to finish the hack. I'd pretty much play this. Yeah, a new Bowser boss would be nice. The original one is easy and I see it way too much in hacks.
herpaderpaherpaderp School and stuff is keeping my progress on this hack down a lot, but I've finished one room in Bowser's castle and also have a plan for the second. Would this be a good idea for a room in the castle though? Also yes mario is invisible because of my god tier sprite memory setting, gotta fix that. | |

I agree. Even for a vanilla hack without ExGFX it looks cool. I'm not sure about the bricks palette...

That's a pretty interesting castle you got there. The sprites choices are also pretty unique choices for a castle; I honestly haven't seen those sprites used in a castle often at all.
So yeah that's pretty cool.

Not a removal reason but what's the point of that fish?
The grassland theme plays in this section.
No idea why but sometimes enemies can be thrown through those slopes. This mostly doesn't happen so easily.
FG position is a bit too high.
Too many shells, causing slowdown.
Those platforms cause sometimes sprite memory issues (yeah, Mario is invisible)

Not to be nitpicky but the coin would look better with better shading (and gray instead of white).

Well, coin blocks are different in switch palaces and may cause this. Please fix this.
