You make levels by using LUNAR MAGIC. Go read the tutorials if you don't know what to do. But you can't have 106 because someone else has it.

Oh. What you need to do is make an .mwl file.

It depends, but for this one, you just download the base rom, open it and make your level, and save it to an mwl file and PM it to pikaguy or Hach, as I said earlier.

I'll take 106, which, looking at the MAP[url=http://i696.photobucket.com/albums/vv329/Dagx/CollabOW.png?t=1249844483] will be an ice castle level. I'm making it ALL VANILLA, to be simplier. If someone cares to get me a list of custom sprites/blocks it would be nice... And for a boss, my own NPC of course. Prepare for utter Slight terror! MUHAHAHAHA!
Edit: Also, my NPC ISN'T Custom. It's simply exgfx, k? And also taking level 12B.

Okay, I went through the thread and updated the list. The sole cause of confusion over taken level was simply caused by an outdated list, so apologies to anyone who got yelled at over it.
That said, we are down to one level available, and that is 12B. I know a lot of people have expressed interest in taking it and frankly, it's confused me a lot. ghostlycool666 apparently "claimed" it about a week ago but only for use "inserting the sublevels" he had. I'll be PMing him about the level and if he is NOT using it, then I think I'm going to make this last level signup special. I'll give more details if he replies back telling me he doesn't need it. At this point, I will be ignoring any further requests for level 12B.

No, 106 was taken by someone else before you asked for it. And about 5 other people tried claiming 12B before you. Again, wait for me to post his response about Level 12B.

Well, there is always the chance of people making sucky levels and "loses the level"(assuming we are that strict), but it's not very likely. :<

We will be looking for quality in levels so some people may find themselves being cut. Just because it's open to everyone doesn't mean we'll accept everything. It has to fit our submissions standards.

Most likely, we'll have them fix up their levels. Getting cut is a last resort thing, or if we see that someone's level is truly not up to standards, ie, cutoff everywhere, floating/stacked muncker, etc etc. Basically, something you would see in the removal log.

A custom block and sprite list is enclosed in the zip with the rom. However, ExGFX and custom blocks and sprites will make your level not vanilla, by definition.
Man, I'm glad I was among the first to claim levels.

ghostlycool666 got back to me. He is using level 12B. This means that level signups are closed unless you need more sublevels, or have an idea for Level 000/100.

Neither Aqualakitu nor I remember him giving up his level, 11B. So who the heck gave it to phenolatukas?! His post is right there at the end of the front page- no could possibly miss that he already claimed that level! So I'm really confused now.
EDIT: One of his secondary levels, AB, was given away, too! Sigh. I gave him AD as compensation.

Phenolatukas stated two times that he noticed Aqualakitu claiming the level, but his name was still there.
