I think SMA4's Level Header had less bytes than the SMAS version...
Dunno why.

And i don't know where is the Mario Bros. minigame.

My Bandcamp, with my albums!
HEY! The Mario Bros. MINIGAME is below the preview screen for SMB3 on
the"SELECT GAME" screen. OR...did you mean in HEXEDITOR??

I forgot to ask this, but WHERE the hack can I get the E-Reader?
Gamestop? Ebay? ANYTHING??? Also, where does the E-Reader fit in
on DSLite?? Please answer these Qs. AMEN.
i'm pretty sure the no$gba has a built-in e-reader support, try that. and don't finish your posts with amen #w{:s}
Well, when I say AMEN at the end of my posts, I'm trying to
be a humorus member. Sorry. But, I asked WHERE can you buy the E-Readers? Not emus.

eBay is your friend.
iRhyiku, 1 E-Reader's 99 dollars on Ebay...another's 49 dollars.
Is there a place where the E-Reader is CHEAP??? My dad thinks you can
buy the E-Reader at Gamestop....but I'm not sure...

The problem is that the E-Reader was:

1. For a discontinued handheld.

2. Itself discontinued early 2004.

I'm going to have to second the suggestion to look for it online.

Test sig.
Hey, what are the dimensions for the e-reader levels in SMA4? I'm making a GUI for a level editor (I have no idea how to code the actual editor, but I'm just outlining it), and I need to know the dimensions.

I have an idea on how to do the level editor. Like, it would check the level file to see if a 16x16 tile was a certain kind, then a tile space in a table in the program would change to a picture (that would be defined by the files of the program) to show that certain tile type.

Anyone getting me here?

...Or are objects used to make the levels and not Map16-like tiles?
I have no idea what to change my layout it to...
This topic seems a little dead.

Thanks to the help of my brilliant programming teacher, I have managed to add a save feature to Solar Magic Advance; when you change the e-Coin data, you can actually save the changes into the level!

yeah it does seem dead. But I was excited to see any progress made at all.

It seems like smb3 hacking is kinda in a stale mate.
the nes version has workshop wich works great. But most the younger hacker won't use 8 bit technology.
I would like to see a full editor for sma4 someday.
even info on the smas version is kinda sketchy. there are different rom dumps with different offsets. its a mess.

A full editor would be wonderful.
