Tip: Switch palace switches normally disappear if you replay the level. However, if you insert them as direct Map16 and use the hex-edit at 070B2 in the ROM map, you can replay the level without a problem.

Now I made my owne exgfx, but i cant find the "Upper Tile of an exit enabld Pipe". Theres only the down one. Help Please!
Y Flip it in the Map16 editor.
The upper tile of the exit enabled pipe is the same as the upper one of the non-exitable one (assuming you're talking about the horizontal ones). Change one and you change both.

The same tiles are used for the vertical exit-enabled pipes no matter which way they is facing.
