Google isn't showing that suggestions box on the bottom when I type. ex: if you were to type b, britney spears would come up. But not for me! What's wrong? In search options it says query box on, but that is such a lie! help <:L

What browser are you using? I'm using Firefox and it works.
Internet explorer, but it still works for IE in a different computer in my house
Have you tried doing the following steps?

1. Go to the Google homepage and press "Search settings."
2. Scroll down until you reach "Query Suggestions."
3. Click on the button that says "Provide query suggestions in the search box."
4. Press "Save preferences" buttons.

See if that work. Make sure you have cookies enabled on your web browser so the search preference will be saved.
Something else I've descovered is that it quereys me on the google images box, but not the regular one
Have you tried downloading Google Chrome? I know that it fixes a lot of problems. And it makes surfing a lot faster..
The only suggestion I can think of is Auto Complete. I have forgotten where you can change it, you might have disabled it, because it happened in Google once with me. I enabled it (somehow) and it works again.
Then try getting it to fall in love with someone of the opposite sex.

Deliberate misinterpretation of words aside, why do you need the suggestions box working in the first place? You can just type what you're looking for in again.
hmm, well it seems to have just magically gone away on its own. weird. may be closed
