I remember seeing a hack that actually had implemented wall jumping in it. Anyone recall which game it was?

No... it's Bio World 2. 
Bio World is/was a SMB2 hack with new power-ups... such as the water flower or something like that...

That was a a block that bounces Mario doesn't make him wall jump and it was Bio's hack that Mario can wall jump.

Good lord. I think this is the biggest bump in SMWCentral's history. What is it...19 months I think? Yeah. Wow. Kevinskie, PLEASE check posting dates before bumping threads. Threads over a month old are generally dead and shouldn't be posted in unless you have something really important to add.
