A new hack. This will be the last hack I make for a long time, for irl reasons. Hoping to go out with a bang. Level 1 preview.

Absoloutley nothing without screenshots.
Anyway, Zildjan, that looks pretty fun, but the ground seems kind of...cluttered, if you know what i mean. But it looks...strangely okay. I like it!

Yeah, all of that looks pretty nice, good to see more late-dayish palettes in hacks.
Speaking of palettes...
 
 
Aiming for more of a poisoned mood as far as the plant life and atmosphere goes. We'll see where we end up when it's all said and done. Also an indirect level preview.

For real though, you know that I'm a huge fan of vanilla stuff, and that is just great.
In fact, the 'cluttered' thing that cars mentioned makes it look even cooler, in my opinion.
I see that you're using the background gradients, which is really awesome.
Oh, and is the hack sort of like, 'vanilla level design' but with some extra stuff, like the graphic swaps for the ? blocks and stuff?
The palette is just fantastic. The pale feeling in the background along with the light/pale green in the foreground works so well together.
Awesome stuff.

Well... I did it again.
First it was coins...

Now... it's official. Hatsune Miku cameos in my Super Mario Universe III hack. But where you can find her is going to be an absolute secret.

Someone have saw this OW graphics yet? anyway, i am reposting it here, it was some custom OW graphics i am working on, i still fixing some details, and don´t worry because of the small free space for Mario walk in the OW, it was only for demonstrative purpose, this submap not will be ingame. here he is:

Forte.exe, those graphics were very good, the shading, perspective, well, everything is well done.
MrDeePay, very good palettes.
Zildjian, great palette, great gradient, and awesome levlel design, keep it up.

Those look pretty good. The palette choice is very nice, and I like the mix of mostly vanilla graphics and other stuff (e.g. YI-style coins, Yoshi face coin, etc.)
Two things I'm not particularly crazy about...
1. The new ? blocks. It's hard to make out the ? marks on the blocks.
2. The orange bullet shooter. Unless there's something special about the shooter itself, the bright orange doesn't really suit it.

Looks nice of your brand new overworld instead of the orangial SMW Overworld.

yea the OW looks nice honestly i aint so good at OW lol. But im really good at level designing and stuff

anyways look at my koopa bros. castle i also drew some dark sunglasses for the koopas like in the castle from paper mario

Looks alright, but the palette in the HUD is a little messed up, and it is usually frowned upon to make levels out of only blocks. At least give them a pattern or something.
Just sayin'.

You're going to have to either use the palettes for Mario that came with SMWRedrawn or you'll need to do what I did and tweak Mario's graphics to where it's compatible with his traditional Fire colors.

That's because TSRPR uses SMWRedrawn graphics for all the sprites and the original SMW Mario.
In any case, that intro is OK. Too much time spent on consecutive enemy jumps (twice!) and edited the note block has a bad palette.

Jacob, the question mark in the question block is animated to look cartoony, it's not just that one frame. And I probably will remove the orange bullet shooter. It is palette 3 so it usually looks gray.
GODKILL1, the name of the hack is Mario and the 5 Golden Eggs. Yeah, it's a very cliché name but whatevs.
So, the first level is done, after IRC'ing it I figured I could get more opinions here.
