Can someone make a tutorial for making and inserting ExGFX? I've searched this entire sub-forum. I did find a tutorial, but it didn't make much sense, it was extremely outdated, and the grammar was pretty bad. Thanks in advance.

A NPC Tutorial wouldn't be bad.. 
The other NPC tutorial isn't helpful.A Video Tutorial would be great for everyone who wants to use it in their hacks.

A tutorial on making palettes would be nice. I also heard that you can make unique colors with HDMA effects, so having a tutorial on that would also be nice

Custom Blocks, you use BTSD
Custom Sprites, you use Spritetool

I suggest looking for them yourself. There are only two and a half pages worth of tutorials in this subforum, and you can easily figure out what each tutorial is about by reading its title =/

As some others have said, I would love to see a tutorial on Layer 3 Exgfx. Everytime I get to the part where you open the save state in Racing Stripe, the gfx file I had loaded in layer 3 using the layer 3 exgfx patch, for some reason has every tile scattered and spread apart and it doesn't show all the gfx as well. I can barely make anything with that.

A .txt file explaining everything about N-SPC "$" commands from echos to pitch bends. That's what I'd like.

Can someone make a tutorial on advanced ASM hacking? I want to do HDMA, but I don't know that much ASM... I know a little, though. Better than nothing.

Here's a good HDMA tutorial. For advanced ASM tutorials, you could always read some of the documents in the advanced documentation thread in the ASM Help forum. There's also the ASM workshop summary in the document section.
