You replaced the 3-Up Moons with coins, which is a bit better, but still, a 104 edit is a 104 edit, and you're still going to have banners hanging on nothing in the ending sequence.
If you want to edit 104 but don't want to alter it too drastically, re-add Yoshi's House and add a Warp Pipe in the area to the right that leads to the the area with all the coins in it (which could also use some variation in it, as opposed to dozens of screens with nothing but lands and coins).

yes i am still in the beta part of it.
i'm still working on ALOT of the overworld.
i've added some trees, hills, fences, roads, etc.
yoshi's house i am going to just revert it to it's original self.

Why so many coins?
Also, try to make your island less blocky, and the bottom of the 2 hills are cutoff... Also, why is there a big row of cement blocks stacked on each other? Well, good luck on your hack!
P.S. I see Yoshi's house on the overworld, but not in the level...

Is this a youtube hack?
1) Grammar issues with this hack. Get it proof read. NOW.
2) The Level design looks boring. Cement blocks don't make for that great of obstacles.
3) Currently, the hack looks a whole lot like level edits. Try changing around the backgrounds a bit?
No, I was just saying where I saw it.

Why not just copy level 104, paste it to another level that is available on the OW, and then edit it accordingly? That way, you'll have the original level 104 and still have an edit. Unless, of course, you want those to be identical for the ending sequence.
