This is the first hack I've worked on, it probably isn't that unique.
The Story is Mario gets hungry for a snack. so he decides to go and find an egg for an omelette. That's it, the whole story, in one sentence.
Besides the story, I've finished quite a bit of the levels and worlds already. I'm only showing the first world and first two levels.
Anybody want to give me a quick demonstration on how to show pictures? I really don't know how.
My title screen:

My world 1:

My first level:

And my switch palace:

Thanks for the help Midna.

Upload it to an image-sharing website like ImageShack, copy the URL you're given, click on the "Insert image" button, paste it in, and voila.

Beginner Tips:
1) Try not to use cement blocks or munchers as much as you can. It's not a horrible thing to have, but don't abuse them.
Now, looking at screen three, the bullet bill cannons are cutoff on the corners. There are two easy ways of fixing this:
1) Get rid of them.
2) Connect the ground.
Another way is editing the ground in YY-CHR to be a complete square, but since you're new at this, I wouldn't expect you to know how to do that.
The level also looks quite difficult for a first level. I would either consider scrapping it, and trying something easier, or just getting rid of all the hard parts.
Is that your first overworld? Amazing that it isn't horrible. There are some perspective issues, but eh. Also, try decorating it a bit more. There's kind of a big empty space right in the middle.
Oh, and your screenshots are small and bad quality.
To take a good screenshot in ZSNES (If you don't use ZSNES I recommend switching emulators.) press F1, change the image format from a .bmp to a .png, and then click 'Save Snapshot.' It'll save into the same folder as your rom.

You're also using the wrong tiles for the upper rightmost part of the trees; those are only used when they're overlapping another tree, and when used otherwise, they create cutoff.
Your hills actually have rounded bottoms, though, and that's a good sign; I can't tell you how many times I've seen a newbie overworld that had hills whose bottoms were cutoff. Nice work!

As Kristian noted, the Bill Blasters are cutoff. Extend the ground so they don't partially float in midair.

Boring levels. Add some slopes, ledges, or floating platforms or something so it isn't just jumping over Muncher pits and blank stretches of ground.

These screenshots don't look too awful, besides the cutoff pipe and the cement block spam, though it looks like you're using the bottom row of tiles for ground. You can see those in Lunar Magic, but you can only see the top row of pixels in-game, and generally we like to know whether we won't fall to our death if we take one step forward.
This could be a great hack if you just keep trying.
Also: you're welcome.

1.The only levels that I use cement blocks in are the Switch palaces.
2.I'll fix that up tomorrow.
3. I'll add some trees around the overworld.
4. I've used Zsnes before, and didn't like it much, but I'll consider it for taking screen shots.
Midna
1.I'll look for those tiles.
2.I'll fix that up tomorrow.
3.I'll take away some munchers, and maybe add a hill and a chuck, or something.
4.The only levels that I use cement blocks in are the Switch palaces. I'll move the lowest row up one so you can see it.

Using cement blocks in switch palaces is pretty understandable, considering how much of a pain it is to get their tilesets working properly. Glad to know you're going to move the bottom row up, just... make sure you can still hit the switch at the end.

The plot for this hack reminds me a lot about Super Mario Bros and The Giant Omelette another hack. Not like it's a bad thing, though. Mario is a big man and needs to be sustained one way or another.
Nevertheless, I have something to say that others might not have.
Your switch palace looks like a big, boring maze.
How many screens does the maze stretch through? From the screenshots you gave, it looks unexciting.

Midna + Kristian
I've fixed everything that you two noticed except the cutoff on the inside corners on my overworld, and the cutoff pipe.
My switch palace switch can also still be hit.
RedToonLink
I made up the story before I knew about this site or any other people's hacks, so it's just a coincidence.
There are only 3 screens of the maze, it's not that long.

The switch palace could use some coins, and perhaps maybe a hidden 1-up.
Other than that, I see nothing else wrong that wasn't already noticed.
Keep up the good work. I like that people create vanilla hacks.

I've made A bit of progress since last update. I've finished my second castle level, The third overworld, and fixed the inside corners on the overworld.
This is what my Second world looks like, a cave:

Anyone know how to give other people their hacks, I think mine is far enough for a demo. (13 levels)
TRS:
My switch palace is bare, but it does include, not one, but two 1-ups.

It's very squareish and underdecorated, the waterfalls are cutoff on the sides (as are your inside corners, though I don't think you know how to fix those yet), and the rock in the bottom right cuts off the river. It's not awful, though.
(To give other people your hack, use Lunar IPS to turn it into an IPS file - click on the unmodified ROM first and then your hack, not the other way around or it won't work - and then upload it to the File Bin and post the link you're given in this topic.)

I knew I was forgetting something, I forgot to decorate it. I'll get that done tomorrow, and change the rock too.

I've finished a lot in the past two days, I got my whole third world done! I'm still wondering if I should show it though, as it is the next to last world.
Anyway, I've made an IPS thing, but I still don't know how to submit it in the file bin.
Here are the pictures of the fixed world 1 and world 2.

What do you think, better?

The overworlds look a lot better now, though the blank colors in the Cave of Egg Land bother me, there's a few perspective issues in that cave, and it's also pretty squarish. And the waterfalls are still cutoff on the sides... Other than that, it's pretty nice.

You think you could help me with the stuff you just told me about, better colors, where the perspective issues are,and how to fix the waterfall, or, at least one of those fixes?
I can't really fix the squarish cave now, I've already got everything done there.
Also, the names I use for the areas aren't that great, can anyone think up some better names?

A small update again.
I fixed the perspective issue (I hope) but the river problem is still unknown to me. The blank colors haven't been changed yet either.
I still also think that the names for my worlds aren't that great.
(Egg land, and cave of Egg land.)
Edit: I'm done all four of my worlds, and only have three levels to go, including bowser's castle.

How about Eggy Island and Cholesterol Caves?

Cholesterol Caves is definitely a better name than cave of Eggy island.
Also, I've taken a few screenshots of the other levels.
Eggy Island 2

Don't worry, there's ground in the cave picture.
Bullet Bill Rope

I know there is cut-off in that level.
And finally, Pipe Place (creative name, right?)

Ok, I've added some decorations in the one level, but the other two are harder because of pipes and ropes.
Screenshot three is extremely easy, the super koopa's don't even come close to touching you. The hardest screen is definitely screenshot five.
Also, if anybody wants to try a three world demo, you could, but only if I can figure out how to send it to you.
My three world demo.
