What program do you all use to make animated GIFs, I have heard of a lot of them, but nothing about whitch one is the best.

I don't know which is the best...but unFREEz works great, is free, and is very simple to use...couple that with gifworks, which can add transparency to a colour of your choice and do other neat stuff and you can make some nice Gifs :3

I use Corel Graphics suite 12. However, it's definitely not free

I use Adobe ImageReady. A nice a simple program to use, but can be very expensive.
