Not to put you off or anything, but I think Lexator already made an SMB4. So you might wanna reconsider the name.
Other than that, it looks very nice!

Actually, SMW is SMB4 (I think the Japanese name was SMB4: Super Mario World), so yeah, it kinda makes sense to name it SMB4
And I agree it looks very nice so far.

Nice Palttes and updated OW GFX. 
Anyway if your making levels for the vanilla mountain will they have a vanilla pallette as the first level of vanilla mountain has the bright green FG.?

I wish people would just drop the "You stole someones hack name" crap. Almost every name for a hack has been used before it's not bad to have 2 named the same or similar.

This is looking really good I like the snow looking area the best. It also looks like you've added a whirl pool as well which looks quite nice. I also like the smaller trees on the forest but the blushing checks bug me a little. Keep up the good work though.

In know it's WIP, but there is a LOT of cutoff on the lower half of the map. But as for the rest of the map, albeit being nearly identical to the original, looks really good.

Blaze.128 is correct about the title of SMW in Japan. The sick thing is that that technically makes Yoshi's Island correct title: "Super Mario Bros. 5: Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island". James Rolfe, the Angry Video Game Nerd, would have a field-day with that one. LOL
@1UPdudes: I am going to alter the palettes in all stages where it makes sense. I've already noted several that I plan to change in my notes document. As for the Vanilla Mountain stages, they are going to get ExGFX as well.
@ninja boy: I always assumed that the 'blush' on the trees is supposed to be fruit of some sort. Don't know if I can make them look any more fruity with them only being 4 pixels on the big trees and 1 pixel on the small ones. Aside from adjusting the colors, I'll probably leave them since they fall under "not broke, so I won't fix it" category.
@2technogeeks: I'm curious as to what cutoff you mean? Beside from Yo'ster Island being unfinished & Choco Island being mostly missing I'm pretty sure I don't have any cutoff at all. The water around the edges of the land masses are the same as in the original.
I'm making my wife a spider-web patterned bra for Valentine's so I'll be busy for today. I should have the rest of the main OW done tomorrow, though. Then I can finally start working on the Sub-maps. Yay! ^_^
