Yes, but Smallhacker, the creator, is one of SMWC's creators so...

And besides both of those hacks are pretty much win.

Have any of you even listened to what was stated?
Joke hacks like Xka Shack and Chaos CompleXX which actually had work put in them are allowed. When you have stupid submissions with a blank/retarded TXT in them, then it's just stupid.
Also, as stated by TRS, Smallhacker isn't exempt from the Hack Submission Guidelines and he didn't get Xka Shack accepted because it was a hack made by him. To possibly imagine the work and effort to actually recreate that in SMW is impressive, and it's almost unbelieveable that it was done in the first place.
And another thing, even though Chaos CompleXX looked like total garbage, FPI had still put work into it unlike people who try making joke hacks and just throw things together.
Just throwing that out there since it seems like some people still don't get it.

So yeah, submitting files with just "lol" or nonsense in them is completely stupid, inmature and a waste of time. Like someone did with an Epic Generator. For personal and private use is okay but to submit it to the public? No, just no. >_<
The reason why S.N.N. created a thread with a title like that and also mentions Jumpluff as one of the culprits is to show that he means business. <_<
The file submissions should contain meaningful content that are worth the bytes and should be downloaded.

I prefer to think of it as a little something called "quality control". This site is big enough and gains an increasing amount of traffic each day. The last thing random bypassers need to see is a sprite entitled "Can of Soda".

Why do people not have a bloody clue what I'm talking about even though I've said it like, twenty times?
The rule is to not submit bullshit which has nothing to do with SMW hacking to the sections on this website. We are not your source of lol, and nobody has the time or patience to sift through garbage images/text files/etc.
