Alright here is what it looks like in game:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/3aUE3FSruUM&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/3aUE3FSruUM&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
In LM (sorry if it lags).
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/MIgbV9TvnVg&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/MIgbV9TvnVg&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

So it's switching from the original muncher's animation to the ExAnimation? That's strange. Maybe the exanimation is missing a frame. (If somebody corrects me, be nice.)

You simply can't ExAnimate already animated tiles. Put the ExAnimation someplace else instead.

Then where do I put the ExAnimation on the 8x8 editor? You know, since I can't put it on the actual muncher animation...

Put it on some tile(s) you won't use in the level.

i dont know why FuSoYa didnt think this out... But everyone is right, if youre not using something in your level, replace its 8x8's with ExAnimation. (what i usually replace is the translucent block's 8x8's, being it is not used often)

Use that big diagnol pipe for a open slot. It takes up about 1/3 of that graphics file, and I rarely see it used. Also, why don't you just flat out replace the origional muncher graphics? These ones are much better.

He did. The thing about SMW is that its animations work on different frames than Lunar Magic's ExAnimations. I'm not quite sure of the details, but FuSoYa was unable to make the ExAnimations on the same frame, so placing an ExAnimation on top of the original animation will make it flash back and forth like that.
...You could, of course, just edit the original graphics file (GFX33).

How would I replace the GFX for the muncher if SMB3's muncher has four frames of animation for the mouth and stem while the original smw muncher has 2 for the stem and mouth?

Huh? When ExAnimating, you make each frame last 1 frame (or 2, depending on the speed you want). So, if your tiles started at 580, 590, 5A0, and 5B0, then your ExAnimation would be either
Quote| 580 | 590 | 5A0 | 5B0 | 580 | 590 | 5A0 | 5B0 |
| 580 | 590 | 5A0 | 5B0 | 580 | 590 | 5A0 | 5B0 |
or
Quote| 580 | 580 | 590 | 590 | 5A0 | 5A0 | 5B0 | 5B0 |
| 580 | 580 | 590 | 590 | 5A0 | 5A0 | 5B0 | 5B0 |
You'd just set the destination to one of the diagnal pipe tiles.

No, what I mean is copy and paste the SMB3 muncher GFX into the regular Muncher's GFX in yy-chr

You can't, without hex edits. Just ExAnimate over an unanimated tile.
