I like a lot of video game music actually but I never bother remembering them. Some of my favourites include:

I like alot of pokemon songs, Zelda, Mario (most not all), touhou, mega man, kirby, star fox, some F-zero songs and some sonic songs.
Oh and MGS, yeah I only like the general games, I haven't played many games no one else played.

One of the main reasons i play games is for the music.
X-Men Mutant Apocalypse: Cyclop's, Psylocke's, Magneto's, and Wolverine's stage themes, and the Boss battle theme.
Megaman Battle Network 5: Nebula Grey battle theme.
Donkey Kong Jungle beat: Battle for Storm Hill.
Mario Golf Toadstool tour: Sudden death match theme.
Shadow the Hedgehog: Boss fight themes with Black Doom, Devil Doom, and Heavy Dog. and Westopolis theme.
Doom:Alot of those songs.
Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland (GBA): Level 7-2, not sure if theres a real name for it, but i like that song.
Legend of Zelda: Morjora's Mask songs you play on the ocarina. That game to me is still one of the darkest game's i have played, and its possibly for that reason i like it so much.
Alot of stuff from Tetris Attack.
Thats all i can remember off the top of my head.

2) Yoshi: Yoshi's Story - Ending
3) Sonic: Sonic and the Black Knight - Knight if the Wind
4) Sonic: Sonic Unleashed - Endless Possibilities
5) The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker - Molgera
6) Yoshi: Yoshi's Island - Big Bad Baby Bowser
7) The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past - Hyrule Castle

Wow there are really too much too list but to start out: (These are not in order of preference)
1.)Star Wolf Theme
2.)Basically anything F-Zero my favs of those though are Dream Chaser and Big Blue
3.) DKC 2 Stickerbush symphony, and the final boss music.
4.) DKC 1 Aquatic Ambiance and Gangplank Galleon
5.) Forest Maze from Super Mario RPG
6.) Banjo-Kazooie, Grunty fight and well, pretty much every song from the series actually lol.
7.)Ike's Theme from Fire Emblem
and thats all for now

A few of my favourites at the moment are...
-Wario Land 4: Hall Of Heiroglyphs, Toyblock Tower and Pinball Zone.
-Bomberman Hero: Redial and Zip.
-Advance Wars: Pretty much all of the music from the first game, particularly Andy's theme and Sturm's theme.
-Sonic Advance 3: Ocean Base Act 2, Cyber Track Act 1 and Chaos Angel Act 1.
I also like most of the music of the Megaman series, Super Mario RPG, Sonic Heroes and Exit DS (of course).

2. Final Fortress- Sonic heroes/ Sonic and sega all-stars racing ds
3. Final boss - Final fantasy battle legends 2 (i think)

Phoenix Wright - Turnabout Sisters Ballad
This nearly made me cry the first time I hear it. It really fits sad scenes, such as the end of AA.
Phoenix Wright - Jailer's Elegy
A depressing song that shows sadness. Fits the jail theme.
Phoenix Wright - Objection 2001
This is probably the best up-beat song in the game. Fast paced and perfect for those revelations of the contradictions.
Phoenix Wright - Classroom Trial
Another sad song. Most likely it sounds this way because of how alone Phoenix felt.
Phoenix Wright - Light & Shadow at the Film Studio
Man, that's a long name. It plays for such a small time, so it's hard to remember this one. It plays during the flashback in case 3 at the very end.

I haven't played a huge variety of videogames, as I've always stickied with the average Nintendo series (Mario, Pokémon, etc) and few else aside from them, but some videogame tracks that stand out to me are:
- Banjo-Tooie - Grunty Industries - Grunty Industries is the most incredible and well-thought level in that game, hands down. The song played throughout is equally as epic, though I'm not much of a fan of its outside counterpart.
- Banjo-Tooie - Mr. Patch Boss Battle - That strange, wobbly, inflatable thing, alongside Weldar, are totally my two favorite bosses from that game. The former's battle theme is slightly more epic, though, at least in my opinion!
- Cave Story - Last Battle - (NOT SURE IF IT COUNTS AS A VIDEOGAME) Call me crazy or whatever you feel like, but this was the only song which literally blew me away in that game. I mean, there were quite a few other songs that I liked, but this one literally made me jump out of my chair. The amount of epicness in this song is unbelievably big.
- Donkey Kong Country 2 - Lockjaw's Saga - The only time I played DKC2 in an actual SNES was when my father rented it for me in Blockbuster. I was only able to play a couple of World 1 levels, and I've kept this song in my mind since I first listened to it upon playing the level under the same name. Pretty epic song, but then again probably every song of this game is an amazing piece of work, so.
- Donkey Kong Country 2 - Mine Theme - Definitely my favorite song in this game, and possibly one of my favorite videogame songs of all time. Something about it just makes me smile, - it is a must-listen when I am feeling depressed, let me put this out here.
- Donkey Kong 64 - King K. Rool Boss Battle - This song totally owns. If someone ever managed to port this into SMW, they would so gain eternal respect from me.
- Pokémon Emerald - Frontier Brain Battle - This one is undoubtedly better than the Platinum counterpart, in my opinion.
- Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald - Route 110 - I so wanted to have sex with this song when I heard it for the first time. Third generation was definitely the best one in terms of music, hands down (although I haven't heard to Black & White music yet, so).
- Sparkster (SNES) - Lakeside - I don't have much to say here other than the fact this song kicks ass. The SNES version of this game definitely had some unbelievable music energy. Although I think the song played in the vertical-scrolling rocket level was slightly more awesome, this one still deserves its spot here regardless.
- Sparkster - Level 7 - The one I mentioned about upwards^^. Quoting what someone on Youtube said about it, "God, this song is fucking epic.".
- Super Mario Galaxy - Gusty Garden Galaxy - A beautiful masterpiece that completely owns Good Egg Galaxy's theme, in my opinion.
- Super Mario RPG - Armed Boss Battle - Quite awesome track, in my opinion. I mean, I started playing this game just recently, and I fell in love immediately with this as soon as I heard it for the first time.
- Super Mario RPG - Forest Maze - This song has a somewhat mystical atmosphere in it which I am really fond of. Enough said, really.
