What code used in certain sprites for switch??

P-Switch
Silver Switch
On/Off Switch
The Ram Map is your friend:

$7E:14AD 1 byte Timer Blue POW Timer
$7E:14AE 1 byte Timer Silver POW Timer
$7E:14AF 1 byte Flag On/Off Switch Value. 00 is ON and all others are OFF.

What try say is switch codes found is same sprites,like SMB3 Bowser,not found the SMW hex,understood??

You load a time and STA it into the RAM that Davros said. Also, hex is ROM only. The sprites probably use a compare function for when they should load the time.
