Ok, PM me if you wanna be a judge.
Look at the second post for submission rules.
Judge submission begins RIGHT NOW.
Judge submission ends March 17th 2010 12:00 midnight.
Hack submission begins NOW.
Hack submission ends March 23rd 2010 12:00 midnight.
Hack submission begins NOW.
Hack submission ends April 20th 2010 12:00 midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Hack submission begins NOW.
Deadline is ... Guess what? May 31st 2010 12:00 EST.
Oh, by the way, mockingod makes up the details of the rules. I make the general rules.
Okay, Okay, I'll make it just one level. But you get a nice amount of bonus points if you make it a whole hack though.

One exeption of pushing a button is pushing a buttion to get out of that message box after you select a file. If it's a new game, it says: Looks like Bowser's at it again. Time for Mario to save the Princess. You are allowed to push a button to get out of that.
EDIT:
Using a base hack and using it's custom blocks or whatever IS NOT ALLOWED! FROM HERE, YOU WILL AUTOMATICLY LOSE A BILLION POINTS. (a billion is this much: 1,000,000,000)

VERY IMPORTANT!
USING A HACK AS A BASE IS NOT I REPEAT NOT ALLOWED!
Cutoff is NOT ok, and you must fix it otherwise points are deducted, ExGFX, music and sprites are welcome, patches, fixes, blocks too.

Bonus points if you do NOT use slippery floors
Does NOT count as an auto level if the player HAS to press ANY buttons, that includes pressing a button to get rid of a message box, or pressing down+Y to create that sliding thing. Although, if it is ABSOLUTELY required, (and funny), you MAY have 2 Message blox in all four of the levels TOGETHER. That means you can ONLY use 2 message blocks throughout the WHOLE hack.
Instances of NOT allowing this is having yoshi come out of a block, then a message appearing, use a patch or something that disables this.
Bonus points if a level in the hack has 2 exits, more bonus points for the more exits in the hack.
As said, music auto levels are point givers, If you have other music than ones you insert into SMW, then please provide an MP3, or something. Don't make us go searching for one. Music Auto levels that have SMW Music or Custom music, are suggested, but you can make one for "other" music, just provide an MP3, (like Nico Nico Douga or whatever).
bonus points if the hack has no custom things that affect gameplay. (which means that custom music and ExGFX are okay). However, there is an exception. If you have an overworld custom sprite, that makes you enter the level, and you have no custom sprites in the level, you will be rewarded 3 bonus points.
Also, if there are some special ASM or any custom sprites that take you into the level automatically without pressing ANYTHING, (once we open the SMC file, we do NOT have to do anything), EXTREME bonus points will be added. Extreme bonus points are 4 points.
1 point rewarded for every 5 game seconds.
Oh, and incase you are a complete dumbass, DO NOT SUBMIT ROMs!

Ummmm......
Levels will be judged on if its repetitive.
If if lacks just being "fun" (i guess)
How good it looks
If there is cutoff.
If the music fits with the level/exgfx
notify me if you have any more. :P
Yeah, we'll have to wait for DODODO to come back on to change the time limit, but I has suggestion. How about we give them a whole month? April 13 should be the date, and the time should be 12:00 midnight, Eastern standard time.

so wait... will the date due increase? because if so im in.... if not i kinda wont have the time lol?
EDIT: also i would like to be a judge but if the spots are filled by 16th then i will stand down, so i'll just be a sorta substitute if u cant find any 
EDIT 2!!!!!: (coz of double post crap) about the time... are u sure even 2 weeks will be enough with bonus points for ExGFX and music sync it must be pretty tight considering our private lives too... i know it takes me aaagggees to make a "good" autoscroll level but along with ExGFX and music sync...?

Pardon me, but this contest is highly unprofessional, the deadline's timezone is unspecified, the judging guidelines are vague and do not show the exact judging template (i.e. points), the term "bonus points" is vague, "awesome" is strongly opinionated and subject to the judge's current mood, and the entire contest itself is only for the amusement of the host, not for the sake of a real competition (he only wants to see fun auto-levels, not to give the members something fun to do, see what person wins or see people compete).

I agree and the deadline comes way to soon, you should give people at least two weeks otherwise very few people are likely to participate.

Just know that to perfect auto levels, people have to go through the process of testing levels and so on, I was just trying to make an auto level in MY old hack, but you had to press down throughout the whole time. I tried for 10 days, until I perfected it.
Too bad that hack was cancelled, because it sucked too badly. D:

Well, I'm a judge now, but yeah, there are a lot of problems with this contest. Everything Ulti said, along with the fact that a full hack is way too much. How about making it one level instead, and if they make a full hack, they get bonus points?

personally unless you dont sleep eat or drink or go to work/college/school then you are not going to make a WHOLE hack out of auto levels each i think thats pretty suicidle, the kaizo hack submissions is a sticky i recomend you go there for your your impossible needs...
p.s. i started on my level yesterday and should have it done by early april
