No, there aint no Super "Mario" World demo. But that does not mean you have to go. Anyway welcome to my C3 shack.
So yeah, if you dont know I make GFX. Ive decided to spice up SMWC by submiting my own GFX. Im currently making a 1UPdudes/SMW styled mario player.
Im 85% done of big gfx and sadly 0% on small gfx. Dont worry it only took me a few hours to get up to 85% so I wont be too long.
Now finally a few screenies, Im not showing much as I want it to be a surprise...kinda.

Player GFX really seems to be your specialty.
I definitely approve of the Weegee GFX too.
But, yeah, the swimming animation could be better.
Nice, though.
EDIT: Leveled to Gun Yolk.

Definitely looks as if "Mario" from Super "Mario" World and Mario from Super Mario World had a baby somehow.
Good job finding a midway in terms of graphics style!

Well I did it.
After two days I managed to create a very custom player GFX.
The screenshot above? Its a small side/vanilla hack Im working on to showoff my player GFX.
I will get to release it sometime this week.

Jerry: It depends, my life is busy at the moment, with exams around the coner. :/ I will think about it.
(well if you give me an ide aof what you want making I could try)
Souljester: Probably not, It was a kinda like a test, it has two levels done so yeah. The weegee GFX isnt finished so yeah. When I have free time I might submit it as a base patch where you can play a few levels and modify it or something.

Well, I want a VERY angry mario. It sounds not too hard, but I suck at GFX editing, so I can't do it

I could try to do that seeing how it could be just some simple but effective GFX making using the orignal as a prety good base.

Thanks a lot. I need it for my 99% chocolate kaizo hack, and an angry mario would fit in the storyline.
