Was just going to dump this in advanced, but it seems silly to post it elsewhere since I just got beta tester approval in the middle of the convention =)

http://smkdan.eludevisibility.org/other/btsd044A.zip

couldn't be arsed working on it for several months but I finally got to it:
-map16 1000-3FFF is usable
-should be fine having LM open at the same time, no reloads
-usability improvements that should've been in the first, like just hitting the enter key to confirm in a few windows
-no extra slowdown. It's been made a little faster but it's negligible. Blocktool related slowdown hasn't been a issue since the first.

It should autopatch existing hacks to the new standard but obviously you should make your backups etc. Post any bugs you encounter. Maybe batch insertion will get into a future release since inserting many of the same block can get tedious.
Winner.
I love you in the non homo way!
Finally it's done! :D
I can't wait to try it out tomorrow.
...
it asks me for a password.

Great! This is useless to me since I'm inserting my blocks manually, but nevertheless, it's good that you got it out.
Oh right. That's the encrypted one, will swap in a sec

edit: all done, p/w is gone

Sweet! This is awesome. I also remember SWR saying he'd release his giant blocks when this was done, so thats a bonus. Still, this is great!
smkdan, you've made a lot of people very, very happy today.

Also, I barely use custom blocks, so feh, but still.
Alright, now I can finally upgrade my hack to 1.71.
This is great! I have one question, though:

If one used an older version of BTSD on a hack using LM 1.71, will this BTSD change the old code so you can still use blocks for map16 page 0x10 and above?
Finally, a new Blocktool Super Deluxe version! I will download this when I get home!

Fake Edit: 175th post, I am wasting my posts for no reason! I made three at my C3 thread, one at 1UPdudes's thread, and another on this thread, what's next? Me posting in every C3 thread?

I had the chance to beta test this and I had absolutely no issues with it. It's great to finally be able to take full advantage of the extra Map16 pages provided by LM 1.7+ (which also couldn't have been possible without smkd).
You are awesome smkdan, I've been waiting for this. I can't wait to use this. Loads more space for blocks now. This is cool.
Having just moved to lm171, this looks like it'll be very useful. Great work, it's nice to see updates like this and to Sample Tool.
Wow...this is pretty useful. It's about time someone made this compatible with the new Map16 pages. :P That reminds me though, I gotta go upgrade to LM 1.71 sometime soon...
... It doesn't really have the template the readme talks about... (Sorry, haven't really touched blocks lately...) Besides that it seems promising! (haven't used it yet, too sleepy...)
Finally new version...
Insertion of custom blocks is allowed in LM 1.7
YES! DOWNLOADED!!!!!
This is the winning tool for me.
Really, I think my heart stopped for a few second.
Seriously,
AWESOME!

*Touches block ''1200''*
*Game Doesn't freeze*
*I scream of happines*
