I'd like to add two things:
1. The GBA port added Magikoopa into the credits sequence.
2. Morton, Roy, and Ludwig also have a different palette in the credits than they did during gameplay. To replicate this effect while fighting them, change the values at hex address 0x1DF6E to [78 84 CC] and the values at hex address 0x1DF73 to [B3 B3 B3].

I thought Magikoopa was in the original. And, Originally posted by WiimeiserIf they hadn't rushed it, Sony and Microsoft would be the only people producing consoles and all 3D games would be like Croc 1. What?

If Nintendo delayed SMW and didn't bundle it with the SNES they would've lost everything to Sonic, American gamers need better graphics or they won't buy, that's why Psychonauts and Okami were commercial failures yet Halo sold very well.

Hey, thats not it. From what I've seen, gamers dont care about graphics, its more about the gameplay. There were a lot of times I've heard that people dont get a Wii simply because there is no blood and gore. The people who do get a Wii actually have fun.
I saw a letter in a videogame magazine once saying that the games that most people say that the only games that are fun have blood and gore in them. He said he had SSBB and it was fun. He said, "Maybe it had some hidden blood and gore in it that made it fun."
(Note to mods: Sorry for repost)

Not sure if this has been said before, but the top half of the green koopa in the credits uses the red pallette.

What exactly are these? The 'levels' which are loaded in the credits? If so... That's actually kind of useless, but cool at the same time.

Yeah, thats what they are. They're the levels that the enemy list appears in.
Its useful if you made some major changes to the sprites, and want to edit the area where they appear (you'd have to use a hex editor to modify it, though).

Huh, honestly I never noticed all this in the credits because I ran to my sister to tell her I beat the game. Anyways I guess I need to pay attention more to the game.

There is a NES Super Mario World, but I heard it was pirated. :/
Magmum Mario X: Yeah, I did that, too. XD
You know, I never noticed this, either... o-o

If you don't have something to add (I would be surprised if you did,) to the actual DATA and OP, then please don't post. Basically stay on topic.
Thanks.

*sigh*
Methinks you're all looking too hard in to this. Think for a second about PALETTES. I know most of the enemies were grouped together with enemies from around the same area, but there were some mixtures that were unseen. They didn't have EVERY exact color they needed, so they chose close ones figuring noone is goingto stare deeply at the colors they used.
I have no clue why they did that with the hammer bro though. Maybe they didn't have the original colors or any clsoe ones>
