This is very similar to mine. Except for the select button.

hmmm, for SNES emulators like all emulators, I try to keep it as close as possible to the actual console controller layout.
when I use a PS2 controller on SNES9X/ZSNES
PS2 controller | SNES controller
R1 | R
L1 | L
Start | Start
Select | Select
X | B
Square | Y
Triangle | X
Circle | A
D-pad is self-explanatory. =P
On a keyboard however:
Key | SNES controller
R | R
L | L
Enter | Start
Shift | Select
Space | B
X | Y
S | X
Z | A
Cursor Keys
I have a rather odd keyboard layout

I use the keyboard, as it has many quirks. (Such as being able to charge and dash jump off a wall in MegaMan X easily)
I also instinctively use my left hand more than my right hand, so I pretty much use a reverse SNES controller.
SNES Emulators:
m - Y
, - B
. - X
/ - A
b - L
n - R
k- Rewind (ZSNES) - START (SNES9X)
l- load state (ZSNES) - SELECT (SNES9X)
;- save state (ZSNES)
j- pick state (ZSNES)
i through (dash) - Savestate (Snes9x)
7 through - loadstate (Snes9x)

I'm pretty unoriginal...
Keyboard Key for Y = A
Keyboard Key for X = S
Keyboard Key for B = Z
Keyboard Key for A = X
Keyboard Key for L = D
Keyboard Key for R = C
Keyboard Key for Start = Enter
Keyboard Key for Select = Shift
Oh, occasionally I have used an XBox 360 controller instead, but not frequently enough for me to remember my usual configuration for it off the top of my head.

I use a really old Logitech Wingman; no analog sticks, but it has excellent software for binding buttons to keyboard keys and macros. I swap configurations for different games, but when I'm playing through SMW betas, here's what it looks like:

All time control is bound for easy access, which is great for bug testing, and when I play for fun I just ignore those buttons. The Shift button needs to be held to press L and R, but since SMW doesn't move the camera unless no other buttons are being pressed, that's rarely a problem.

i play with my xbox 360 conroller plugged into my cmputer, it actually works quite nice.
left joystic = up/down/left/right movement
back = select
A = B
B = A
X = Y
y = X
START = START
RB = R
LB = L
-------------------------
when i played with keyboard i used the direction buttons for movement and:
C = B
X = X
no Y
V = A
