I, for one, am glad that everything is back to normal. I wanted to have this avatar/custom title combination for a while, and just got around to doing it right before the Halloween name changes and stuff.
Edit: I forgot to mention, my mom bought some winter oreos. Yeah, they have winter oreos in stores now. Anyways, I'm pretty much addicted to them. They are soooooo much better than regular oreos... Mmm...

Same here, I'm using it now  I normally use the Default theme, but I got bored of it and switched to Hex instead.

I think the Shot! banner was actually already there in the original MK64, but I haven't played it in a while so I might be wrong.
And I'm very sure that Lunar IPS can't be used for N64 games, IPS patches aren't made to be that big.
And to me that doesnt even look a lot like Mario kart 64, the item box is missing and the sky colour is quite weird.

Tossed my layout, it was only for Halloween.
So, speaking of Halloween, it kicked ass once again.
I went to my friend's house and we just basically trick or treated like always. We were going to go with another friend too but his phone was off. My costume was the first 3 things I grabbed from my closet: a Scream-esque mask, a Hawaii cap, and a Mickey Mouse glove.
Ha, my friend's family had candy but when kids trick-or-treated at his house, before we left, I went to the door and gave them his cereal. lol.
A bit disappointed though. Way less houses were giving candy. Luckily we brought a whistle to piss off the people who didn't give candy. And way less houses had awesome decorations(y'know, grim reapers hanging from trees, etc.). And I only saw 3 people I knew(and they were in one group), these 3 girls I know. They said they were a mariachi band, even though the only mariachi-esque features on them were mustaches. Their instruments were a ukulele, bongo, and victoria secret bag. Correct me if I'm wrong but no mariachi bands play those.
Anyways, my friend and I got a crapload of candy, and that's what counts.
Speaking of the irc, I should really go on more, I barely do anymore. It started kinda sucking about a year ago.
And the MK64 spoof is awesome.

So because I didn't get to go out for Halloween yesterday, my mom figured the best way to make it up to me would be to buy me some candy today.
She bought me a pack of gum and a chocolate bar from the dollar store, then grounded me for being "ungrateful."
yay.

Halloween isn't what it used to be around here either. Far less trick or treaters than there used to be. I think I counted 4 groups tops that came to our doors. Plus, we now have this thing called "Halloween at the High" at our local high school. Each club at the school gets a room where they each give out Halloween treats and entertain the kids with various activities. It was pretty fun to do when I was in high school.
I just stayed home and watched Paranormal Activity, I hadn't seen it before. Pretty good.

That only applies to SOME channels. I go on every day, and I only hear that stuff on #serioushax (since I'm banned from #smwc.

We all know that there's some unfunny jokes said and random conversations that might not suit what you want to talk about, but that doesn't make the IRC an abominable shithole. If that were the case half of us wouldn't bother logging on every day to talk to our friends about whatever the hell we want to talk about.
I mean, it's like telling people Mario games are nothing but kiddie drawings and lack of blood, "princess toadstool this, star man that" to convince them not to try it out. How about letting them determine whether or not what happens on the IRC is shit or not?
