So I decided to sit down and watch a series on how music works. It's pretty neat and informative, and Howard Goodall just adds to the fun. A nice little waste of 48 minutes.
That flashing ad banner gave me a headache.

(I wish I'd saved it to show you guys, but it's gone now.)

Wait, E-Man and S.N.N. go to the same school or something? This is news to me.

Yes, we're in the same genetics class. We spent four hours yesterday studying for it in a sweet lounge.

(he also has connections with some foreign janitor guy who could have got us into the fancy board room too!)

Nice, I took Genetics last semester. It was really tough but I found fascinating as well. Good luck to both of you.
I'm going to run a 5K race that is not too far from my house. The 5K's route is perfectly planned measured. It starts from the high school parking lot and ends with a lap around the track and finishing at the 50-yard-line of the football field.

Hope that's the greatest $30 I would pay in my lifetime. I'm a runner.

Are you taking an introductory course, or a specialized course? The intro courses seem to assign an absolute boatload of reading (both in university and in high school), which usually results in people underestimating it and doing pretty bad.

The specialized courses are typically a lot more fair/awesome though.

Intro to Psych. was what the class said when I signed up for it. I read one of my mother's College Psychology books and it looked so awesome! I still like Psychology, just not this class very much... It just seems like they stay on the same topic for ages. We have been on Behavior and Emotion for a while. Granted, there is a lot of stuff to learn in this chapter, but I would've guessed we would have moved on already haha.
I got my new glasses just now. My left eye was the only lens that needed changed. So now my left eye is slowly adjusting.

I have a slight headache from it though.

Don't worry, it'll go away after a bit of time. I also got new glasses yesterday, much stronger. God, -5,4 is quite much. (both sides)
It is getting better. Although I dislike the feel for the plastic that is supposed to sit on your nose. At the top, it is kind of sharp so I may see if there's something I can do about it.
I have a fairly strong prescription, too. One of my sisters wears contacts, but I don't know why she prefers them to glasses (she does look rather cute in glasses anyway). Actually, the five oldest people in my immediate family all have glasses that they wear in special situations, but I'm the only one who wears mine all the time.

Also, bsnes 0.87 is out, and it can now play 100% of all SNES games ever made with no known bugs.
My presciption was recently weakened; no more bifocals. They were annoying anyways...
Aviators count I hope haha. I love sunglasses, I got like 4 pairs =D

Ooooh, for aviators we don't need just sunglasses: here you see what you need:

Anyway, i may need glasses, who knows: i tend to blur my sight, and so, to draw badly.
I got contacts a while ago, and never looked back. Seriously, the social limits of having glasses are so... limiting.

I haven't posted in a while, geez. But I've been on IRC and stuff, so it's not like I died. If you thought I did... Hi.
When I look at that image, the first thing I think of is, "Umm, sir, you may need to brush your teeth more often. You have a little everything in your teeth."

So I think I found out why I don't like the little plastic things that sit on your nose on this particular pair of glasses I have now. My old one was a bit thicker so it makes this thinner one feel like it is cutting into my nose for some reason.

Then you're doing it wrong, Harry Potter had a ton of friends, after all!
No I mean I have glasses too, and I'm not exactly what I would call anti social, so I don't see where you're coming from.

You're known for saying some pretty idiotic things, but this is by far the dumbest thing you've ever posted.

Like, on what basis would you even begin to make that argument? If everyone hated on you in your life, it was for reasons other than the fact that you were wearing glasses. People stop judging based on looks (especially something that like, 50% of the population has) in grade 1 or so.

Absolutely this. I can't say that I'm friends with everyone in this school, that would be impossible, but I'm close friends with most of the people in my in my class. I have no problem socializing because of these glasses. There's simply no social limits "just because you wear glasses".

If anything, a lot of people look so much better (and see much better!) with glasses than without.
Wow, I've been wearing glasses ever since I was three years old and never did my glasses ever impair any sort of social interaction. If you think that glasses determine your social skills you're doing something horribly wrong.
I know I'm going to have to wear glasses someday, seeing how both of parents have them (and most of my other ancestors, for that matter). Not really looking forward to it as far as looks go, since I'm rather satisfied with the way I look right now, but I suppose I'll find some that'll suit me when the time for them comes. It'll take some getting used to, but... well, I'll get used to it.
Currently, though, I'd say my eyesight is pretty good. Except for TV and computer screens, for some reason - text on there seems a little more blurry than it used to. *gulp*

On another note, I'm slightly upset at one of our... what's the word? restaurant guests? customers? diners? Apparently, one of them thought it was funny to pull out all the cables from our router, leaving us without internet and phone for an hour (that's how long I waited before I became suspicious and went to check what's wrong). The cables disconnecting on their own is highly unlikely, even more so since all of them would have to fall out at the same time.

Obviously this isn't a big deal, but the fact that we can't just confront the one we think responsible slightly bothers me (lack of evidence, and perhaps lack of importance, since literally all I had to do was put the cables back in). Either way, glad I got this out of my system. (Dunno, I get annoyed by the tiniest things sometimes.)
Before glasses it wasn't too bad. Basically I just couldn't read at all from a far distance. Which usually meant the board at school when I ended up sitting near the back.

Man, I'm glad I don't have to go through that again.
