Well, you tried, but... don't you think you should put more effort on your pictures? So more people would post here

Quite honestly, I don't get the funny part of that comic. It's not too shabby graphics-wise (aside from the generic MS paint colors you picked to go with the grass and the background), but it definitely lacks the funny factor, if I do say so myself. Not only that, but I reckon it doesn't make that much sense either.
As for the MS Paint picture, it seriously lacks effort. Though the drawing as a whole doesn't look that bad, I reckon you would have been able to whip up something more decent if you had wasted more time working on it.
Here's a little tip: avoid using the generic MS Paint colors in your drawings, as they get kind of boring after a while.

You should use a scanner (if you have one) for taking photos and not a webcam that gives bad quality to an image. At leas, from what i can see the anathomy of the dude is correct, i think.
For now i don't have much time, yawn, 11:15, i think i'll go to bed
