I would either be a Charlie (chargin chuck) because I just like them for the fact that they are annoying as hell, and they are one of my favorite enemies, or a boo, because thewy are also one of my favorite enemies.

I would be either a Thwomp or a Epic Flying Turd Fishy Porcu-Puffer Fish, for the Thwomp, I could just wait way up on a cieling and wait for someone to walk by and OMNOMNOM them squash them to their death, as for the Porcu-Puffer Fish, I would just swiom in water all day and wait till I see someone and rape them try to omnomnom them.
But I would pick a Thwomp.
