I would like to know, if it is possible to make .zst Save State Files on a Mac, because ZSNES doesn't work on my Windows XP, and I want to use YY-CHR. Would be great if you could answer =)

I can't open it, it says that i have 24-bit, an I have to change to 16-bit or 32-bit or something like that. And I have no idea how to do it.
On my Mac I can use savestates, but there are no .zst files...

i think to change it to 16-bit, you have to go in system preferences and then screen options, i would check it but i'm using a mac. and when you look at the folder with the rom in it, what is there ? just the .smc file ?

I replied by PM, but I dont think you saw it, because I didnt wanna use my 2kth post.
So:
In Mac ZSNES, you have to set up a path to the folder you want.
Options: Paths: and click the save state box.
Type:
/users/INSERTNAMEHERE/desktop/folder/extraifneeded
If I recall correctly.

That is indeed correct. I would also like to add that this must be done with other files that one wants outputted from ZSNES. Per say, screenshots or spc file dumps.
I say this because for some reason ZSNES holds the savestate files, and the other outputted files, internally in some bizarre location. I say bizarre as I have not found the files before they are exported, and I have practically went through all of the package contents of ZSNES.
