Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2. God, for a racing game with almost no content it sure is addicting.

I recently bought Super Mario 3D Land, I beat all the levels and I have 4 stars of 5 in my file. I have been playing Skyward Sword since Christmas, I have the Master Sword trying to find the triforce.
When I bought Mario 3D Land, I bought “The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Edition 3DS gift card”. I used it to buy 3D Classic Kirby in Dreamland, Cave Story, and Game & Watch Gallery. I am in World 3 in Kirby and I am in the Labyrinth in both Normal and Easy mode in Cave Story. (The first boss is annoying to beat in the Labyrinth.)

I was gifted Audiosurf by a friend a couple of days ago and have been playing it since. It's like Guitar Hero/Rock Band, except way more fun and you can actually use any track you want.

Recently I've been playing a lot of (New) Battletoads for the Wii. It's great, a lot like a hugely updated version of the original. Although I think they should've kept a lot of the things from the original, for example they changed the snake level to be much slower; I liked the old one better. But online play was the best addition. Everyone should play it. You could probably find it at your local Gamestop.

Skyrim is half-addicting me.
I'm starting to get bored of the dungeons. The level up system is nifty, though, so that's keeping me interested. The world and story seem okay, too, but won't keep me playing if I get bored of leveling up.
I'm hoping for a change of pace in dungeon design, but not holding my breath. They all seem the same, just with different graphics. Long, linear pathways with a boss at the end. Maybe some quests will be different from the normal fetch and murder ones, but I'm not holding my breath for that, either.

Command and Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath. One of my old favorites, and a quite good RTS game to boot. I just finished a skirmish versus three enemies, and I managed to capture their Construction Yards, then I built up their entire tech tree.

Peggle Nights. I already loved the original one, and when I realized that there is a new version with tons of new levels (and very importantly: possibility to create custom levels using a fan-made tool) I almost fell off my chair.
We loved playing the original with my friend together (we were always looking for something we can play together and this was one of the best choices) so it's natural that we enjoy the new levels very much. We are already doing the alien guy's stages, the game starts to be tricky from this point. I really recommend this game to anybody who likes simple but fun (and addictive) games.

Recently started playing Ghost Trick after I heard it was made by the same team as the AA games. Amazing game, already beat it (what a twist at the end there), but going in for another round. Also recently got 3 stars next to my name in MK7. It's an extremely fun game, even with annoying AI.

Forza 4. Very fun. I like upgrading weird cars to B, A, S, or R3 class. Tauruses and Neons passing Vipers and Corvettes is just funny for me.

Super Mario World - Super Mario Advance 2 (GBA)
What can be better than SMW? The answer is a PORTABLE SMW with some neat updates like the ability to play as Luigi, who has a higher jump and different Yoshi handling, the latter making levels a bit easier since Yoshi can spit ANY eaten enemy out as a projectile in a manner very reminiscent of Yoshi's Island. I'm currently up to Larry's Castle, and I'm trying to get all the exits. I still need to backtrack and get a few of the secret exits including the tricky one in Chocolate Island 2.

I'm working on my third run in Deus Ex: Human Revolution, on Hard now (yes Dax, I'm loving the game by now <3). Now I'm going a bit more guns blazing-style as the last two runs included mainly stealth and it's getting slightly boring.
Defeated the first boss not long ago who was a piece of cake. This is going to be easy.

I've been playing Dark Souls quite a bit now, and I have to say that while, at first, the game's difficulty drove me insane (if the game had a death counter, I'd very much hate to see it) after getting dodging down and spending time fine tuning my character to my own playing style, it's a very enjoyable game. The PvP/Co-Op is amazing, and allowing players to leave messages throughout the world to help (or in some cases hinder) the player is genius, since without the commenting system the game would be near impossible to get through.
It's a very open ended, unrestricted game that tries to not let the story force you where to go, but still leaves in plenty of plot for those who wish to search for the bits and pieces of it through NPC dialogue and item descriptions. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys a well done, medieval-fantasy dungeon crawler.

I'm currently invested in Professor Layton and the Last Specter, as I have been with all of the Professor Layton games that I can get my hands on. Admittedly, while the plot is still as strong in this game as any of the other games in the series, I find that some of the puzzles late in the game seem to be running out of ideas. There are some puzzles that really are well made, though, and they keep me invested until the end. I am close to beating it, and once I do, I'm going to try my hand with London Life, which is apparently a "100-hour rpg-within-a-game." Based on appearances alone, it looks strikingly like Earthbound, and given the top-notch writing the series is known for, I'm really anticipating it.
EDIT: I forgot to mention: The Last Specter also has my least favorite puzzle theme out of any game (not including The Diabolical Box, which had a remixed theme of the original). It's not bad by any stretch, but it just doesn't hold up to the eerily whimsical music box-like themes of before.

I'm playing Earthbound for the first time. I'm surprised I never played it earlier...my older brother always talked about how great it is. The soundtrack is amazing as well.

Currently replaying Donkey Kong Country Returns, because that game is seriously one of the most amazing platformers ever. This time around, I managed to get 100% without using any of the health powerups from the shop, and I'm now working on Mirror Mode (aka no Diddy and everything kills you in one hit mode).
Speaking of which, getting through 1-K on my second Mirror Mode attempt when I spent at least twenty or so tries doing the level normally felt pretty damn great. :D

Nintendogs, found it on my shelf. Sadly my voice appears to have changed since I played it when it came out, my old husky just can't understand me anymore. Kinda sad, ah well it's still a fun game with plenty of neat toys and collectables.
