How do I change the Goal Tape Music, I want to add custum music, I added the music already to the rom, an I tried it with Translhextion. I typed in the number (41) but no music appeared.
What do I have to do?

If you're going to use Romi's Addmusic, please note that the Goal Tape Music will only change when the level has custom music

So, it'll just work with Romi's addmusic? But wouldn't that erase the other custom music I add with Carol's addmusic?

as far as I know, you can't have use more than one addmusic on a rom so no. you will have to port your hack to a new rom and re-add your music
|

Are you using Carol's AddMusic (labled either AddMusic by Carol or AddMusic by Perl)? Romi's AddMusic will clear out most other AddMusic's music, but I don't think it does that with Carol's (yet). Back up your ROM before trying, just in case it screws over your ROM.
Also, if it does, it will remove music added with Carol's AddMusic. You could try moving your music to Romi's, though.

If you will use Romi`s AddMusic, remember to put the music in the MISC folder, and, in the .ini file, replace the Passed Level.txt (only in the .ini, you don`t need to delete the original .txt file from the MISC folder)

Actually, using more than one version of Addmusic on the same ROM is a Very Bad Idea, and is one of the main causes for music-related crashes. The Romi/Carol combo in particular is infamous for crashing the game whenever you enter a door or pipe with star or p-switch music active.
