Replace GFX32.bin in the Graphics folder of your ROM with this and then re-insert the graphics.

Rename the file you downloaded to gfx32.bin then click and drag it to the folder where the gfx are.

Yes, to replace that you have to edit GFX 10 and I don't think there is a smas smb 3 mario GFX 10 file.
