I have this thing with rewatching, I never get past the first 10 episodes without stopping ;-;
Unless the Anime is really good, I can't keep concentration on them.
Well, ok, I did only rewatch 2 animes, a good one and a decent one...

Also, How's clannad?
I've been wanting to watch that for a while now, any thoughts?
Have a tissue box ready.
I'd say Clannad is one of my favorite shows; it actually goes past high school life and into adulthood.

Speaking of KyoAni, I just finished Lucky Star. Glad I watched Haruhi before it, lol. (my review)

Clannad is a show that mustn't be spoiled for you to watch or... It wont have the same effect. You don't even have to ask if it's in someones favourites if they have watched it all because it just is...

I have never met somone who hasn't loved this show. And if you don't like it, your opinion doesn't exist xD
In that case, I'll start watching Clannad after I finish Strike Witches 2
>Strike Witches 2

oh god
dat episode 9

Anywho, I've been watching The World God Only Knows in my spare time and I'm enjoying pretty much everything about it...even if Keima's sometimes cruel apathy (see Kanon's arc) does bug me at times... And even if I didn't like it, I'd probably watch it for the opening alone. Amazing.

It's actually kind of funny; given that the show is technically about a nerd that tries to get dozens of girls to fall in love with him you'd think it would end up being some stupidly implausible harem or something.

Clannad

That's on a very long list of things I want to watch some day (which also includes things like Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, Now and Then Here and There, Steins;Gate, Baccano!, Trigun, etc. etc.). Though I have to admit the whole "moe characters with their eyes 3 inches apart from each other" is kind of a deterrent. I also have to wonder if it was based off of a Hentai game like Air was...

It's actually not as evident as in KyoAni's previous Key titles (Air, Kanon). Even then, you don't really notice it unless you're looking for it (Like how you don't notice animation errors unless you're going frame-by-frame)

And Clannad wasn't originally a hentai game (unlike Air and Kanon :P )

It's not something I would not watch a series for, it's just one of a few things that I can never quite get over.

Funny you should mention that while you're watching Welcome to the N.H.K. Keep in mind that this is a Gonzo production and proceed with caution.

I guess I should have said "don't usually notice" then :P

And I actually haven't started watching it yet, mainly because my headphones stopped working >_<
Incidentally, don't take that to mean that the animation is bad. It's usually really good, in fact. But if you know Gonzo then...yeah. Two or three of the episodes just look horrible. Also be warned that just due to the show's nature one or two of the episodes are NSFW. Do yourself a favor and don't watch it in public.
I've only really watched one Gonzo show (Strike Witches), so I don't actually know much :<

Speaking of which, I watched Strike Witches at full blast with family behind me/nearby.

I have nothing to fear {B)
I've started watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica a few days ago and finished it yesterday. All i could say is it's pretty good and unique. It's quite dark and can be saddening at times, either so, i've enjoyed it.

I'm kinda less motivated to finish Hayate no Gotoku for having around 50+ episodes or so. I guess i'll find out soon.

Gonzo is pretty well known for budgeting their money very well throughout a series...save for a few episodes that are animated with pocket change. Unlike, say, Evangelion, though, these episodes are scattered throughout the series, and instead of being still frames stuck on the screen for minutes at a time, there's just as much movement on the screen as other episodes; it just looks really bad.

Again, though, it's only a handful of episodes. The rest took very nice.
Instead of watching Lain I ended up watching Steins;Gate instead. Steins;Gate was fantastic and I rarely enjoy let alone finish newer anime. Now I actually am watching Lain still not sure what to expect.
So yeah, finished Strike Witches yesterday, looking forward to clannad!
Hopefully it's really as good as they say!
Watching El Cazador de la Bruja right now, watched the first two episodes yesterday. Seems pretty good, doesn't have the mindfuck or action of it's predecessors (madlax and noir) yet, but I like it.
Currently watching Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. People have told me good things about this anime, and so far it's pretty good.
Guh, I'm so behind on everything... I started on Mashiro iro... And... More elipses'... It's pretty awsome, I really like it so far as it is as long as they don't crap it up like the last eroge they adapted.

Oh and I finished Baka To Test... Man am I sad to see such a brilliant series end :(
I'm reading Variante right now, so far it's pretty good. Not all that scary yet but given all the praise I've seen it get shit should get real pretty soon, and it's at least interesting even if it's a bit cliched so far.
