This game is infamous for being spammy, but if done right, it can be a lot of fun (as seen here).
If you don't know how it works, well, you can read the thread I linked. If you're too lazy, though, you post a wish. Someone else grants it, but adds something that makes it bad, or corrupts it. That person then makes a wish of their own.
I wish I could win an arm-wrestling match.

You win, but you smash the other person's arm into the table so hard that it breaks and you're sued for damages.

Granted, but the wish does nothing except affect itself, ultimately wasting a wish.

Granted, but you knew too much it caused major headaches and you had to go to the hospital.
I wish there were no more wishes to grant which would turn into something bad, thus making no more granted wishes.

I would like to show you that this (and a few examples after that) is a bad way to play this game, the corruption has to be connected to the wish.
Like in the post by me that UB linked in the OP.
And you also can't just say something that's totally unlikely, like changing the meaning of a word, that's just no fun and quickly turns into spam.

Granted, but as soon as it's featured, many new hack submission requirements are put into place which it doesn't fulfill, thus it's defeatured.

Granted, but you soon discover that people only think bad things about you and get depressive.
After years of suffering you finally get the courage to do it; you go to a train station nearby and jump in front of a train.
I wish that windows would stops opening mp3 files with notepad.
