Not quite sure where this one goes, but
Well, I am going to be Learning "C#" Programming,
and I just need an opinion.
now on a scale from 1-10
1 being Easy (doubt it)
10 being extremely diffult (probably)
How hard is it to learn? but before, anyone answers, I have an uncle who is teaching me, also, and he is Very good at C#/C++ programming, but I just want to know what I am getting myself into.
and to compare off....
which is harder C# or ASM?
Thanks!

C# is not particularly difficult to learn, maybe a 5 or 6 in that regards. However, I'd be remiss to GNU if I didn't point out that anything you make in C# will likely only work on windows, cross-platformability tends to go right out the window when using C#, since it's Microsoft proprietary. If it's just your uncle teaching you, I would ask him to teach you C++ personally (Which is not to say I like C++, it's just a far better option than C#).

Thanks for the advice. =)
I'll ask about C++ programming, instead.
thank you. ^_^

C# is easier for windows programming though. So it all goes to what you want to work with. Also, other OSes usually have .NET capability. If it were up to me, I'd recommend you learn both C# and C++. Perhaps C++ first, as it's very similar to C#.

If you just want to go ahead and start programming with less learning curves, I'd go with C#. If you need something cross-platform and relatively fast, go ahead and try out C++. However, if you want something in the middle, that is, simple and cross-compatible, I suggest you try out Python.

In my opinion, C# was very easy to learn and was pretty cool for me for a while.
I then found Java, which is very similar to C# and I jumped right in it. I just found a GUI editor for the Eclipse IDE by Google and am now liking Java more than I already did.
What I want to say is that C# is great for Windows programming and has a very nice GUI editor with it. It's a nice place to start.
Java is also a nice place to start as well and is cross-platform and faster than C#, and now that I found a great GUI editor for it, it's just as useful as C#.
Consider Java, but C# is a great place to start. If you want to know some of either language, I can tell you stuff (although C# is a little fuzzy for me, I haven't done it in months )
Good luck!

Thank you all!
I now know SOME C# and SOME C++.
I am going to start studying/practicing some more.
