I'll vote for 6. It's well drawn and gets the point across that it's a release and special occasion.
Close second between 2 and 12 though. 2 was great because it imitates the normal site banners pretty well but doesn't make mention of a release. 12 because it's fun seeing all the caricatures of everyone in non-sprite form, but again, doesn't say much about the hack other than the people who worked on it.

This is quite the difficult decision.
I guess I'll go with...#10. Although, #2 and #12 are also very awesome. :>

I vote for #10.
I think it'll fit amazingly with the site.
I also thought about #2 and #14, they're very good, too, but a vote is a vote.

It's because SMW when said as letters is "ess emm double-you" and English grammar dictates an "An" before a vowel sound, like "ess". Therefore, An SMWCentral Production.

It should be either "A Super Mario World Centeral Production" or "An SMWC Production"
But yeah, my vote goes with 6.

After careful consideration (and seeing how a few of the banners only highlight a small section of those who contributed to the hack), I have come to the decision that I believe banner number 2 is most fitting.
Tl;dr I vote for 2
