Basically to explain, I was messing around with the coin blocks in YYCHR and I decided to try and change their colour to a little darker, and when I did, they started getting seizures (see the movie)

Color 4 of Palette 6 is the Flashing Yellow Color used by the Yoshi Coins. Use the different colors if you don't want it flashing.
