Any progress on how getting my new map theme into the hack is going?

Non-existent at the moment.

I don't know where to post this, and I probably shouldn't anyways but...
RN, EREHPS EHT RAEF never fails to make me laugh.
Does this hack have "Easter eggs" throughout it like this? I know my level and Sideshow Showdown has one; I'm just wondering if it's a full-out thing.
I'm not asking if someone could name them for me, by the by. I'm just wondering...
~~
Hey, uhm, is this gonna be a problem?
It's the exact same FG used in Onsen Overhang.

This is really starting to get on my nerves. Who honestly gives a damn about what A2MT does with freely accessible assets on this site? Let Talkhaus/Raofans worry about themselves.
But to give you a blunt answer, no it will not be an issue.

Oh; I thought it was custom made for Kojeco's level, since I don't recall seeing the graphics before (and I can't enumerate how many times I looked up grassland in the graphics section, so it probably has a different name. Oh well.)

Most of our sets are custom-made for this hack, but we have a few that are custom and NOT specifically made for this. You don't need to panic if you see a set here present in another hack.
Besides, every resource from the hack will be released with the hack itself, so any sort of "theft" (can't stand calling it that) issues will be moot eventually.

...every?
Like everything PLUS the kitchen sink?
Even the sprites; even the bosses?
Everything?
Or do you mean only the graphics and music?

It's fine we can worry about this later GSG.
Just finish your level and then you can test/bring up any other issues. Thanks.

Yes. The less you worry about that, the better.

I don't know how to finish my level without the brick block (see my latest post in my thread). And also fixing that Ted and friend bullet bill...hrm...
Everything is set and everything is inserted fine; but the brick block doesn't break.
Does anyone know what the problem is? The only patch I used is the JSL patch, but that wasn't a problem beforehand.
Hmm...I'll just stick to the one using the old base rom if this doesn't get fixed...

What code are you using for Brick Block? If you can send me the code and I can tell you what's wrong with it.

So the power was out for a few days here. When it returned, it forgot to bring the internet with it. Whilst waiting for the internet to come back, I got bored and remembered what the boss of World 3 was starting to be decided to be. I decided to draw some possible frames for it, knowing full well that someone else had probably gotten to do it.
Here's what I drew because I'm just the sort of guy who has to show things off regardless of whether he should or not:

I didn't (and still don't) know what was up, so I drew a Peachy Disguise and the reveal, a frowny face stand with a swishy tail, a- it was supposed to be a leaf, looks more like a lily pad- some sort of nut, a pointy pose, a tree, and a tree? Was also going to draw a screw-attack/somersault type jump, but burnt myself out.
Not sure if I should ask that boss designer if I should continue with this, or not and say I didn't.

^ Wow sunwarrior! Those actually are pretty amazing! My only quip is how I though it was a guy first, then was gonna make a comment on them...and realized it was a girl that looked like a guy. .-.
Maybe make it look girlier? It's a bit too stocky right now. Give it longer hair and and a curvier body.

Anywho, I have a question:
What is Sonniku's tank boss gonna be used here for? I just found out that the boss is in the Hub, and I remember watching a video of the boss. I haven't seen any mention of it, so I'm curious on it's purpose would be.

I'm not sure, but I guess the tank is going to be a sub-boss in Final Factory.

Oh yeah! I remember reading something about a Tank mid-boss in Final Factory during my lurking days...
Okay then.

Edit:
Hey, I realized how in Tropopause Trail, if you get off the cloud before the auto-scroll starts, the player is stuck with no way to die.
I mean, it's the player's own stupidity if he gets off the cloud (yeah, past self, you're stupid for accidentally jumping out) but at least have a way of dying. In real life, on maybe an SNES, the player would have to restart the game/console to continue. It wouldn't be worth the hassle to do so why not add in a pit or a muncher patch or something?
...or a reset pipe?

There's punishing the player because they're a dumbass, and then there's treating the player as if they're a dumbass.

Only stupid games punish the player by forcing them to reset the game (or waiting for the timer to end but that doesn't apply to SMWCP2), methinks. I think it would be sensible if a small ASM hack was added to prevent the player from jumping from the cloud until the auto-scroll segment starts. It doesn't seem difficult to do.

It reminds of the notorious level 0 and level 100 bonus rooms...
And anywho, I didn't think of levelasm! Welll it's better than having to reset the game, commit suicide, or an ugly reset pipe.
Why not have the asm to go throughout the level? Since, well, it's still the player's stupidity if he jumps out the cloud (yeah, past selves, you're stupid for jumping out of the cloud!), but it be /practically/ the same as jumping out of the cloud in the entrance screen, only the player will die? (Or wait until he dies if there's ground below, which is a bit weird and makes me a bit impatient)

Alternatively, modify the start of the level to have a pit over Lakitu's cloud. There's an arrow indicating the player that they need to go up and if they somehow manage to lose the cloud, they can just kill themselves.

Like so.
