How do you make your title screen one picture like in "Game Over" and how do you change the title screen music?

Go to level C7 and change the music and make it so that mario is on the top of the screen ( make sure there is a platform up there) and then go to the overworld map and make your title screen. (Make sure that Mario doesn't move.)

You can easily change the title screen music by using Lemetaal in the tools section and other cool things.

To edit the actual things on the title screen, as soon as you open LM, type in "Chelsea" (without quotes and case sensitive). Then, go into the OW editor, and go to File -> Chelsea's Bonus Menu -> Edit Title Screen.

You don't need to do that if you have a more recent version of Lunar Magic. <_<

To change the title screen music, download Transhelxation ( Lemetaal for beginners).
If you use Transhelxation, head to this opcode x018C7 and change it to whichever value, same with Lemetaal except you just select options.
To have a none moving title screen, put Mario at the top of the level and cement blocks below his start so he doesn't show, and edit the level as you want.

I used Lemetaal and it only let me change the title screen music, but it only let me use overworld music. The song I want to use is level music.

The title screen uses music bank 2, like the overworld. Level music happens to be in music bank 1. You can't use music from one music bank in a place that uses the other. Try inserting custom overworld music and set the hex value to the overworld music you want to use.
