I load up cave graphics, BG2 (13 Cave Crystal's)
I get a inverted/glitched background. Any help?
Sorry about the image size/quality. I'll fix that next time.

Try changing the Layer 2 palette (labeled BG2) in the palette editor.
Also... I couldn't figure out how to load your image in full size-- it wouldn't become any higher quality than this.

Layer 2 backgrounds in YI require the correct palette to work. According to this list, the cave background which you used requires "BG2: 13" ("Regular" card after pressing Rainbow Yoshi Egg button).
