So basicly my Pc just crashed from about 20:28 to 21:29 constantly.
I've tried to keep it under control as it was constantly turning off at first for no reason while playing TF2 and it just turned itself off instantly twice.
After that it wouldn't boot up anymore so I had to manually go back to a safe point and well, that worked as for now.
But now my Norton 360 won't install auto protection update things anymore, and I really want to run the virus program now and I want it to be norton since I didn't pay money for nothing.
It's all vague and weird but I think something's horribly wrong at the moment.
Any thoughts or tips?

Have you tried a soft reset? - Tell me if you don't know what that is.
Another thing you can do if you have the capabilities is install the same operating system you're using on your computer for dual booting, not re-installing. Then simply transfer all of your files with your working OS & remove the old one.
In some advanced system settings on control panel you can remove the old OS from boot selection.
If that doesn't work then get back to me & I'll be less vague.
