Description: f anyone having trouble to patch the p-meter here the first thing you do:
On lunar magic, you must extract the Graphics
If you have a GFX28.bin, then put on the graphics folder, and (on lunar magic) press the green mushroom.
(on lunar magic) when you do that, then you patch the P-meter.asm
And then, there you go
(Notice) If you see the title screen, you see tile screen was glitch, but it okay
Okay, I don't think you're even listening to me (), so I'm going to be very clear about this:
Don't even try to submit this tutorial anywhere on SMWC, as the patch already has a readme for a reason. This tutorial doesn't add anything new at all, therefore it's useless. By the time you learn how to insert patches, you'll probably know about basic GFX editing.
Here's what I said earlier in one of your "tutorial" posts.

Even the readme explains this and anyone with GFX knowledge will figure their way out on this one, there's no need to make a tutorial thread for it.
And now a few details
- The submission title doesn't tell me anything about the tutorial. First impression of me was "huh, a patch?" until I saw the description:
- The description is a DESCRIPTION, NOT the contents of the tutorial or other garbage.

described - represented in words especially with sharpness and detail; "the vividly described wars"
- If the author is referring to you, then you should input your user ID, not some other name.
- The tutorial itself is unpleasant to read: improper word usage (e.g. "thing" instead of "step"), unnecessary linebreaks, the notice is weird, and more.
I also suggest you to read the rules. No, seriously, this is the 3rd time I told you to do so now.
