This looks interesting, though it seems strange to have two Sonics in the same game.
The 2D parts look just as cool as the 3D parts, and the graphics look very nice.
Too bad it won't be released for the Wii...

This game could be one of the best sonic games yet.
It seems Sonic is getting better with each instalment, first Sonic 4, ep1, then Sonic Colours and now this. I can't believe it's not coming out for the Wii though, maybe it's because the Wii got Sonic Colours to itself...?
Of course, it could also go horribly wrong and be the next Sonic 06, either way I'll probably end up playing it.

Wow both sonics. I loved playing (and glitching the shit out of) sonic the hedgehog 1,2, and 3. Sonic's fat-ish classic self is back. I hope they put a chili dog reference in this game. In all the new games, sonic doesn't even talk about chili dogs any more.

...or at least keep them out of the story, bonus/secret characters would be fun.

I'd really love to see the return of the old Eggman design:
and Jaleel White should do the voice for classic Sonic if Sonic talks, and if the Sonic fan film he's in won't conflict with it.

Another reason the Wii is so inferior. The Sonic has made many appearances on the Wii, maybe Nintendo was like, "Dude, Classic Sonic? Do you know what kind of crap this guy put is into in the 90s! NO WAY is this going on the Wii!"
Both Sonics look fantastic. I hope the Classic Sonic's controls are those of on Sonic Mega Collection!

Then I noticed that it's not gonna be for the Wii.
...
FUCK. My brother has a PS3 that he never uses 'cause he's in college, so I can play it on that, but why?!
Edit: I just looked it up. The game is apparently entirely in HD, and as we all know about Wii graphics... (grumbles)
Edit 2: Riot, that makes no sense because the old Sonic games are on Virtual Console.

I like the looks of this game but since I don't have a PS3 or X-Box 360, so... yeah, looks like I'm not going to play this one.

Well there was Sonic and the Black Knight, in the opening CGI, but... perhaps best not to mention that game.

Go to Tesco's on the launch day. I got Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games for a cheap £25 there.
